This video showcases the process of a 50-year-old patient improving skin sagging through a facelift at On Clinic, despite having previously received a gold thread lift at another hospital. A 3D scan confirms the position of the gold threads, explaining that they do not interfere with the surgery. Special emphasis was placed on delicately lifting the retaining ligaments along with the sagging skin that occurs with aging. Since retaining ligaments are areas not easily improved by conventional facelifts, we paid careful attention to this during the surgery. After the swelling subsides, a more natural and satisfying lifting effect can be expected. We effectively addressed the patient's primary concern of skin sagging, restoring a youthful and elastic facial contour.
