The patient had a generally square face shape due to prominent cheekbones and a long jawline. During the consultation, a 3D CT scan was used to precisely analyze the bone structure, allowing us to create a customized surgical plan to make the face appear smaller and softer. After the surgery, the patient was amazed by the significantly transformed facial contours. Notably, even though no procedures were performed on the ears, the change in facial shape resulted in the ears appearing pointed and beautiful, like those of an elf, which greatly pleased the patient.
