Zygoma Revision: Correcting Nonunion and Asymmetry, Shortening the Midface

This video showcases the reoperation process for a patient suffering from non-union and facial asymmetry following a previous cheekbone surgery. Through CT scans, the medical team confirmed that the left cheekbone was osteotomized too long in the previous surgery, and the right side had a gap due to improper bone union. This was a problem caused by incorrect osteotomy placement and fixation.
